The Latest Transactions on the My Cards page is showing your Seller Card activity.
The filter at the top left allows you to search by date, merchant memo and both maximum and minimum amounts.
Below you will find a detailed explanation of each column on the report page:
Date is the day the transaction took place. This records the date you swiped your card in person, or submitted an order online.
Post Date is the day the transaction posted to your account. This date could be one or several days after the transaction date, depending on when the transaction was made and how long the merchant takes to process the transaction (Payability and our third party credit card issuer do not control this).
Merchant Memo shows the name of the merchant and the merchant ID.
Fees are any currency conversion fees if a transaction is made in a foreign currency. The foreign currency conversion fee is 3%.
Pending Amount shows your most recent credit card transactions or pre-authorization amounts. These amounts have been deducted from your available balance already, but have not been completed yet. Pre-authorizations are common at gas stations, hotels and car rentals and are usually greater than the transaction amount. In these cases the pending transaction amount will disappear once the final transaction amount is processed by the merchant. Learn more about Pre-Authorizations in this Help Article.
Completed Amount is the final amount posted and deducted from your available balance. Please note - if a pending transaction is not cleared, it will show with $0 completed amount.
Declined Amount is the amount of the attempted transaction which has been declined by the credit card issuer. Your transaction may be declined for several reasons with the most obvious reason being non-sufficient funds. Other reasons may include exceeding your daily spending or transaction limit, or your account being flagged for suspicious activity. Learn more about declined transactions in this Help Article.
