If you see your Payability Account showing as suspended, it is usually related to an issue with your marketplace. Whenever your account gets suspended, you will receive an email from us with more information. To ensure that you see such important emails, you may want to check your spam folder. If you cannot locate an email you can use the contact form at the bottom right hand side of your dashboard to speak with a member of our Customer Experience Team.
The following are the common reasons for suspension of your Payability account:
- Suspension or at risk status on your marketplace account. Read more about Amazon account suspension and at risk status.
- Your marketplace holds the entire payment. If your marketplace does not release any payments, we may stop advancing funds and may suspend your Payability account until payments are being released.
- Bank account details have been changed. When your repayment method has been changed and Payability will no longer get repaid through either marketplace payments or debits, your account will be suspended and we will reach out to you to ensure the correct setup of your account.
- Your account is in cancellation and has completed the 30-day period. Read more about the cancellation process here.
