If your Amazon Seller account is suspended, deactivated, or in review, your Payability account will be automatically suspended as well and no more funds will be advanced. Your Payability account will only be reinstated once your Amazon account is back up, in good standing and marketplace payments are being released. Whenever your Payability account is suspended, we will also send you an email with more information and action steps you can take.
When suspended or in review Amazon will hold the funds in the Account Level Reserve. When outstanding repayments are held longer than the normal bi-weekly statements they will be repurchased and the Payability fee will be reassessed on the amount held for the first 90 days after suspension.
Important! Please do not alter the user permissions or payee information on your Amazon Seller Central account. If any of the information is changed your account will become delinquent.
