If your Amazon Seller account is suspended, your Payability account will be suspended as well since this will delay the Amazon repayment. Because Payability has already advanced funds on this expected payment, your Payability account can only be reinstated when your Amazon Seller account is back up and in good standing.
Should Amazon hold an “unavailable balance” from your payment that is in excess of your liability, Payability will repurchase that amount. Please note, re-purchased funds will incur the normal purchase fee.
Once your Amazon account has been unsuspended and Amazon is releasing your payments again, please let us know by emailing support@payability.com.
