If your Amazon Seller account is suspended or deactivated, your Payability account will be suspended as well since this will delay the Amazon repayment. Because Payability has already advanced funds on this expected payment, your Payability account can only be reinstated when your Amazon Seller account is back up, in good standing and marketplace payments are being released.
When suspended or in review Amazon will hold the funds in the Account Level Reserve. When outstanding repayments are held longer than the normal bi-weekly statements they will be repurchased and the Payability fee will be reassessed on the amount held for the first 90 days after suspension.
Please do not alter the user permissions or payee information on your Amazon Seller Central account. If any of the information is changed your account will become delinquent and the Collections Team will reach out.
