ACH and Wire transfers will be processed at 9 am, 12 pm, and 3:30 pm EST Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. You can read more on when to expect your transfer to post here.
If your transfer request cannot be partly or fully approved, you may see the following in your account:
Transfer Adjusted
Transfer requests may be adjusted to reflect your true available balance.
Depending on the time you request your transfer and the time our system runs, there may be changes in your available balance that impact your transfer that day.
Say you have $1,000 in your available balance and request to transfer that balance after our last payment run at 3:30 pm EST. The next morning, our system runs and picks up new transactions. If you didn't have additional sales but a few refunds or other charges from your marketplace, your available balance will go down. When this happens, we will adjust your payment to reflect your available balance at the time your payment is processed. This is done to prevent a negative balance on your account.
Transfer Canceled
Your transfer request may be canceled if your Payability account is suspended, your marketplace has been suspended or is at risk of being suspended. You can see the status of your payment in your Payability account under Reports > Transfers.
Note that transfers are subject to your account being active. When your account is suspended, transfer requests will automatically be declined, with the exception of excess payments we received from your marketplace.

Transfer processed, but not received
If you haven’t received your ACH or wire transfer, it’s likely the bank account information you provided is incorrect. When this happens, we will notify you via email and the funds will be returned to your Payability available balance. Please note that it can take up to 3 business days for the funds to return to your account.
