Update your business name on your Payability account
Please provide us the name of your business and the EIN number, as well as any corresponding documents you have showing this business name change. We will then provide this information to our Underwriting Team to verify and make the change.
Update your email address
Please send us an email from your current email address and include your preferred email address and we will update your email on our end.
Update from Sole Prop to LLC or Corp
To change your business to an Incorporation or LLC, we will need the following documentation:

Update from LLC or Corp to Sole Prop
If you wish to change your business to a sole proprietorship, we will just need you to re-sign the contract and confirm that the name on your store and your Payability account are the same. Please reach out to us and we will prompt you to re-sign your Payability contract with the new information.
Important! With any changes to your account, you may be prompted to re-sign your Payability contract. We will let you know if that is the case when you reach out to us.
