To view transactions made with your Seller Card visit your Payability Dashboard > Seller Card > Card Transaction History.
Here you can view a detailed history of all transactions made using your Seller Card.
Transactions are posted based on the information received by the merchant. As soon as the merchant receives, clears or rejects the transaction, the transaction and status will post in your Card Transaction History.
Transactions that have gone through and have been debited from your account will be labeled Completed.
Transactions that have not gone through and are no longer pending approval will be labeled Cleared. This indicates that the transaction has dropped off and your card was not debited.
Funds associated with Pending transactions will not be available for spend or withdrawal. If the transaction is not approved by the vendor, funds will be added back to your available balance once the transaction drops off, usually within 9 business days with the exception of car rental car and hotel transactions which can take up to 30 days to clear.
Please note, some merchants may take longer to process transactions. If you don’t see a transaction appear in the Card Transaction History right away, do not assume the funds are still available to use. Please wait until the end of the day to allow time for the merchant to process and post your transaction.
Since the card is linked directly to your available balance, you will also see a line item breakdown in your Daily Summary.
To view your daily transactions, visit the Daily Summary tab on your dashboard. Click on the > to the left of ‘Daily Summary’ to view all the transactions for any given day.
All transactions made using your Seller Card are posted under the Payability Card line item.
