When you first sign up with Payability, you have a 7-day trial period that allows an immediate cancellation. When you request to cancel during this period, we will stop advancing funds immediately and your account will no longer incur fees. To settle any balance due, your account will be closed following your next Marketplace Payment.
If you have passed the trial period, we do require a 30-day notice for all cancellations. Over the next 30 days, Payability will continue to advance your funds. After 30 days, we will suspend your account and wait for the next Marketplace Payment to collect the outstanding balance for the previously advanced receivables.
The outstanding balance is the difference of 'Payments Received from Marketplace' (payments Payability received from Amazon) and 'Withdrawals' plus 'Payability Fees' (payments Payability advanced to you plus the fees). You can review the numbers anytime on the Reconciliation View in your dashboard. There is no fee for canceling your Payability account.
You can request a cancellation anytime by writing to support@payability.com.
